Throughout the history of the Loi cider house, they have always made an effort to have their own harvesting products and their own production; Txakoli ASPALDIKO, from own vineyards and with denomination of origin bizkaiko Txakolina. Wine is today a cultural and gastronomic value, so having the right wine for each type of dish is vital. Wine components

The wine contains between 75% to 90% of water, in addition to the multiple substances, which comes from the same grape, as those that are formed in the vinification at the same time they disappear, as the vitamin C.

The selection of wines from the steakhouse and cider house Loiu

The different characteristics of the grape are due to the different vine varieties and depending on the area, temperature, amount of sun, type of soil, etc. Within the different existing varieties, the cider house Loiu has selected the 40 main grape varieties with which to produce their own wine. For presentation of this tasting the cider house has chosen 14 varieties of wines making two groups:

The red wines that are presented are from the 2009-2010 harvest and have not had any contact in their container element that could have varied their natural flavor. In all wines the content is greater than 50% of the variety that defines it. The white wines are from the 2010-2011 harvest. They are all natural wines that we can call living wine that keeps all its natural essences active. We will call them: (SINEQUERCU) ® SINROBLE
