On holidays and weekends, the Loiu cider house offers a varied selection of menus designed to taste Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, (not available on working days). The menus of the cider house have a marked gastronomic base of the well-known traditional Basque cuisine, so, we find dishes as typical as the Cordero, the Chuletón, the Hake or the Scrambled of Bacalao among others. The weekend and festive menus of the Loiu brasserie and cider house include a four-course cold self-service and four hot dishes All menus include the barrel drink (cider, red wine, claret wine, beer, water) and coffee.
