The raw material is a fundamental part of the Loiu cider house and it is precisely for this reason and because of the desire to always offer the best products that the cider house not only elaborates dishes with the highest quality ingredients, but also harvests and makes its own olive oil Virgin, wine and txakoli.

The Txakoli, is among the most traditional products of Euskal Herria, and not by chance because for centuries Bizkaia was a magnificent vineyard and its crops reached the coast. Today there are two Denominations of Origin that are associated to Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia respectively.
